Dr Jyotsna Prasad Jagtap secured a Master's degree (M.S.) in otorhinolaryngology from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical college ( LTMMC) and general hospital (LTMGH).
Also has additional qualifications as Diplomat of National Board (DNB) in ENT and DORL.
She specialises in rhinoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery and microscopic ear surgery.
After completing her Post graduation in ENT in the year 2001, she was chosen for training in rhinoplasty and facial plastic surgery at Marien hospital, Stuttgart, by world renowned Prof. Wolfgang Gubisch. Since then she has been routinely doing cosmetic and functional corrections of deformed noses.
She received prestigious Dr S G Joshi memorial award for best thesis titled "Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy" for the year 2000-2001.
She has worked in various hospitals such as A J B ENT hospital, Mumbai, Thane health care hospital, Hiramongi hospital. She is a visiting ENT consultant at Hiranandani hospital, Thane and Jupiter hospital, Thane. She is a director of Dr Jagtap's ENT hospital and hearing aid centre, Thane.
She is a member of Indian medical association ( IMA) and Association of Otorhinolaryngology of India (AOI).
To achieve excellence in the field of ENT has always been her motto. Being sincere, hard working and soft spoken, she makes sure that her patients gets best quality of treatment under her care. She attends various workshops and conferences regularly to remain updated with recent advances.
